This section will list what happened, and when, in the colourful life of RIchard Lukins. In March 2005, Lynne Durrant was awared a CCJ against Rosso Corsa Sales Ltd. - A finance company took steps to wind-up Rosso Corsa in February 2006.
- RIchard was personally bankrupt (in action initiated by the Inland Revenue) early in 2005, however he sucessfully applied to have the bankruptcy annulled (meaning, legally, it never happened in the first place).
- He was still acting as a director even when bankrupt, which is an offence, but since technically the bankruptcy never happened, it's now overlooked.
